Having launched our candidate journey feedback analysis last October, we have now built up a meaningful level of data across our chosen metrics. Our most recent results are presented in the graphs below. Healy Hunt clients are pleased to see that we present their corporate images in the most positive way while preparing our candidates to perform to their best in the selection process. Our overall recruitment experience was rated as excellent by 95% of successful candidates who responded. The feedback process is part of our post-placement follow-up that 100% of placed candidates confirmed they had received.
We identified the consultant’s knowledge of the role as an area for improvement last year but the numbers have remained quite static. Role descriptions can move during a recruitment process due to dynamic change within the recruiting organisation and sometimes due to the skills of candidates who are placed along the way. This is an area where will work with our clients to improve.
Predictably, the knowledge of our clients is very strong although there is always room for improvement.
As with role knowledge, interview preparation can be something of a moving target. There are core requirements that every candidate should be prepared for but personal interviewing styles can change abruptly if the nominated interviewer is replaced at short notice.
Overall our candidates say we are doing well compared to other recruitment companies but there is no complacency at Healy Hunt.
