Paul founded Healy Hunt in 1999 following a career in corporate and institutional banking.

He continues to dedicate time to developing and deepening relationships with senior executives across the financial services sector. He also works closely with the leadership team to keep the company’s service offering closely aligned to the needs of a rapidly evolving marketplace. Paul has vast experience and enviable industry knowledge; his passion and energy are undiminished and he is rightfully proud of Healy Hunt’s reputation for delivering exceptional service across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Hannah Mayes

Associate

Hannah joined Healy Hunt in 2018 as an Associate, she is responsible for client and candidate relationship management as well as research.

Hannah joined the team with several years of Financial Services recruitment experience gained across  EMEA and the US. This includes exposure across Banking, Consulting and Asset & Wealth Management. Her primary focus is on building relationships with mid to senior level professionals across all of our functional specialisms. Hannah also has responsibility for research and client and candidate engagement. She upholds the Healy Hunt values and prides herself on providing exceptional service whilst maintaining a friendly, relationship-driven approach.

Grant Palmer

Director

Grant is our expert on origination, relationship management and risk roles.

A former corporate banker, he has been with Healy Hunt since 2000 and is a director on our leadership team. Grant’s comprehensive understanding of core practice areas and his impressively wide network allow him to source top talent from Associate level through to Managing Director across a range of front and middle office financial services functions.

Grant has built a reputation for successful delivery of specialist talent across Origination and Relationship Management, Debt & Structured Finance, Loan Markets, Risk and Real Estate Finance.

Jacky Crisp

Director

Jacky's mission at Healy Hunt is to develop and deepen our relationships across Financial Services.

Jacky has worked for over 25 years at top tier banking and professional services institutions. She has built a broad network across a spectrum of organisations and functional areas. She has spent a decade helping clients to build teams for transformational change programmes, remediation and redress, regulatory and compliance change and technology implementation. Jacky spent her formative career trading Foreign Exchange and other treasury products covering both an institutional and leveraged client base. With the growth of the e.trading market, she went on to help develop a ‘peer to peer’ FX trading platform.

Max Roche

Consultant

Max is our functional expert on Change and Operations.

He joined Healy Hunt in 2016 and has worked in Financial Services recruitment for several years both in London and Qatar. Max works on mid to senior level permanent and contract placements and has also enjoyed success building large-scale project teams. Max’s primary experience is in Retail and Corporate Banking, he has had valuable exposure to transformation, operations, mortgages and fintech. Max brings energy and tenacity to his role while upholding Healy Hunt’s core values and meeting the needs of our clients and candidates.

Philip Bailey

Consultant

Phil is our expert in Finance, he joined Healy Hunt as a Consultant in 2018.

Following some time working in the Financial Services industry, Phil moved into recruitment in 2015 and joined with 3 years of experience placing finance specialists into Financial Services firms. He is focused on working with mid to senior level finance professionals with a remit that spans permanent and contract assignments. Phil has a strong track record of successful placements across Financial Services. He upholds the Healy Hunt values and looks to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates as he builds his already impressive network.

Natalie Mills

Operations Manager

Natalie is responsible for our day to day operational performance, governance and finance.

Since joining in 2017, she has worked alongside the leadership team to ensure smooth running and forward planning for the business. We have experienced significant operational improvements since Natalie arrived and she has also led us painlessly through GDPR compliance. Natalie has over 10 years’ experience in office administration and executive support across both the Financial Services and Recruitment sectors. She prides herself on being extremely organised and on her ability to act quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Mark Johns

Managing Director

Mark works with his colleagues at Healy Hunt to deliver exceptional service and build client relationships.

He prides himself on his ability to build enduring relationships with his clients and candidates and has a consultative, candid and straight-talking style that people value. Mark has over twenty years of experience within financial and professional services, a former corporate banker, he has a wealth of knowledge and an extensive network within the sector. Since his arrival, we have expanded our scope to cover a broader suite of functions and have been able to diversify our client base more widely across Financial Services.
